I HAVE MERIDIAN MAIL SET UP TO ANSWER ALL INCOMING TRUNKS. I WOULD LIKE TO ROUTE ALL THE CALLS TO THE ATTENDANT {CONSOLE) AND AFTER 5 RINGS GO TO THE AUTO ATTENDANT

JUST CHANGE THE RDB FROM AUTO-YES TO AUTO-NO, THEN YOU WILL NEED TO SET UP ATTEN ALTER ANSWER. BUT MAKE SURE YOU HAVE PKG 134, IF NOT NO WORKEY
