Meridian mail

Howdy, I wanted to ask a question...how would I go about it to replace the meridian mail cards in a option 11c switch?

Here's my issue: user is stating that they are getting their messages days later. Ex: light comes on, user checks msg, its from last week.

thoughts? suggestions? HEP!
