Hi we have 2 opt 11 pbx's with meridian mail.
Couple of questions
How do i find what version of MM they have.

I also want to have two 2 tn's with the same DN and same voicemail account, 1 pbx will let me do this but the other doesn't seem to have this as an option in the meridian mail set up?
Site is about 200 miles away - so is there any other way to have same ext on 2 diffrent TN's with 1 voice mail account?

Log in to tools and choose Display system record (option 12 I think) that page has a lot of info including the release.
If you have voice mail built for the number, you can have as many phones programmed with that number as you wish, the phone with MARP on it will control the flow of the call through to voice mail. If you are trying to copy phones, you cannot copy ext 1234 to ext 1234, the copy would have to have a second unused extension, then you go back in and change it to the one you want.
If this is not what you are talking about, what are you doing and what errors are you seeing?

are you having trouble getting the number to appear on two TNs in the same PBX? You have top turn on MLDN I think
