Meridian Mail

I have an option 11c with Meridian Mail and the system will no longer light message waiting lights on analog sets. I replaces the system power supply but this did bot fix the problem. Any suggestions?

it can be just one card or the ps for that shelf

I have multiple analog cards and it's happening on all of them.

In 1 cabinet or in all cabinets?

if it's an 11 it's the ps.. if it;s a larger switch it is usually on one shelf.. change one set to lpd, see if it gets stutter dialtone, if so then the mail is sending msg request.. another test is to put mck and mik keys on a phone to see if you can light analog lamps.. if it's the power supply, they will not light
