We have an Option 11 with Meridian Mail. The hard drive for the mail system needs to be replaced and is a 50 pin SCSI. What are our options in replacing the hard drive with a new one and can we make a copy using software like Norton Ghost? Thanks.

i have seen a meridian mail drive ghosted, i can't myself, but a pc guru can play with a scsi drive all day... make sure you have BOTH a full and a partial backup before you start.. plus the install hardware and the keycodes..
