Hi
I have a PA who answers calls for the MD. Can anyone tell me how she would allow a caller to leave a message for him in his mailbox. Have tried just transfering the call to mail with no joy.

she could transfer the call to express messaging.

if you look in the voice services dn table in your mail system you'll find the number for it.

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.
