Meridian mail won't pick up 3

When I call a phone, the mail doesn't pick up. Everything should be good to go in the programming, but for some reason, it doesn't work. If I dial the ACDN I can hear the message service and I can listen to my message. Can someone help me ?

neither mcr is marped on that phone, also your lhk is set to 0

i never enable lhk on mcr keys, they both ring anyway, but if the dn is not marped on your set, your not forwarding it.

marp is misnamed, it decides what tn owns the dn. if you have a dept mcr appearing on several sets, the main phone needs marp, then other sets with the mcr can still forward their pvt did as needed
