Meridian Mail Voice Services Admin question

This is my first post I usually find anything I need by reading! I wanted to know if there is a way to add more than 9 menu options on an auto attn in the meridian mail. Right after my 9th Calling number it goes to initial No Response. Is there a way to add more than 9 options?

You only have single digits 0 to 9 and therefore it would be difficult to add more. Your only answer is to create sub menus from the initial one to give more options available to the caller.
