MERIDIAN MAIL VOICE MESSAGING QUESTION...

HI EVERBODY;

AS YOU KNOW THE DEFAULT PROMPT FOR UNANSWERED OR BUSY EXTENSION IS 'THE EXT XXX IS NOT ALOOWED TO TAKE YOUR CALL PLEASE DIAL 0 FOR HELP OR GIVE THE MESSAGE AFTER THE TONE' OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT.

BUT ONE OF MY CUSTOMER WANTS LIKE THAT :AFTER UNANSWERED OR BUSY EXTENSIONS THE CALLER WILL BE HEARD THE ANOUNCE LIKE THAT 'PLEASE DIAL 1 FOR ANOTHER EXTT OR FOR LEAVE A MESSAGE DIAL 2...AND IF NO ACTION THE CALL WILL BE DISCONNECTED..IS THERE A WAY TO MAKE LIKE THAT

PLEASE HELP ME ASS OON AS POSSIBLE.

MY OPT 11 C RLS 25.15 AND MAIL RLS 13

 
YOU HAVE TO CREATE VOICE MENU AND 1 OPTION SHOULD BE DIAL-THROU AND 2 VOICE MESSAGE. THEN WHEN BUSY/NO ANSWER CALLS SHOULD BE DIRECT TO THIS CREATED VOICE MENU
