When a call arrives to the thru dial menu, the caller requested to dial an extension number. The caller dials an extension number.
Although the extension is IDLE, the caller recieves an anouncement: (you cannot reach this number from this service, please call again later.)And the call is disconnected.
Then we disable and enable the MMail ports. It starts working for a while. We have checked all the programming already.
M1 side, agent ports, Channel Alocation Table...
Is there any patch or someting to update the MM13?
Has anybody got similar problem? Any commend is appriciated.
