Need to access TOOLS section of meridian mail but keep getting incorrect password error. Had Bell techs investigate, they re-booted from tape to reset admin passwords, but still same error. They seem to have given up. Any suggestions?
Tried 0000 pwd, tried the default password, tried the current admin pwd. After the re-boot from the tape, the default admin pwd let us in SYSTEM of mermail, but not TOOLS.
Is there any way to remove the Meridian Mail announcement from specific menus. (Example: no entry on menu, caller hears "Your call is being transferred to an Attendant?) Is this in parameters somewhere? Is it a global change? Thanks for your help!!
