Meridian Mail / Symposium issue

Our Symposium Server is out of sync with Meridan Mail. Under tools - 14 Others - 2 Access Diagnostics the LinkStatus shows; Not working and the TCstat is down. Both the Symposium and Meridian Mail have been rebooted, but didn't fix the problem.

Try this:

Go into Services panel on Symposium. Stop MAS Link Handler #2 service. Then, stop VSM service. Finally, restart VSM service (it will start the MAS Link Handler service itself).
