Meridian Mail Softkeys

I am working remotely with a meridian mail system in France. Aside from the language barrier, I don't seem to have the softkeys the contact is referring to. He says to use F12-Mail Postes (station mail), instead of F11-Mail Sympo (no idea what sympo means). My f-keys only go up through F5. Does anyone have an idea what option F12 could be? Thanks in advance...

This may have to do with the emulation you are using. The typical answer I have found (U.S.) is that the F keys will start with either F1 'OR' F6. So your F1 key is probably his F6 key. Try that and see if it works for you.
