Meridian Mail Reports

Does anyone know of a way of generating reports in Meridian Mail without having to use a dot matrix printer hooked up to the TTY? I.e. a piece of software?

Have investigated Meridian Mail Reporter from Nortel but is much too expensive to justify?

hi, there might other products, too.
another way is to connect a PC instead of the printer. Then you can capture the output in the terminal-application.

Hi, thanks for the response. We actually use MAT to connect to Mail so is already on a PC but I'm having trouble using the capture function - it just captures the text on the screen and is not really usable.

How do you do this? Ideally I would like to be able to run a report on voicemail box usuage and be able to port it to a spreadsheet.

Try useing Procom plus it much easer and much frendler
