Meridian Mail - "Faulty" Status 2

Howdy again all!

Knock on wood - Meridian Mail is working fine - but I do have a couple items of concern and wanted to run them by you if I may.

I've studied the documentation (and related threads) to the extent I can - but have reached the point where I'd value your expertise:

CARD 4 Loc 1-4-0 Digital Voice Card "FAULTY"

DSP Port Status
CDP
4-1-* 1 FAULTY 2 FAULTY
5-1-* 3 Idle 4 Idle
6-1-* 5 Idle 6 Idle

All SEERs appear to be Informational (Inf) - I don't see anything more critical than that.

Actually, it's been this way for a while (believe it or not, I've been afraid to ask!). Your thoughts?

Thanks Gene - but Aaaack!, no luck:

when I tried to disable:

Card 4 disable failed; please run OutofService Diag

when I ran OutOfservice diag:

Out of Service Diag failed. Some DSPs faulty on VP card

I am hoping to upgrade this phone system but really would like to eke a few more months' life out of it (till my struggling company can afford it!)

Since it seems to be working OK - do you think I can just let it ride?

If you don't want to replace the VP card you don't have to, as long as there is no all channels busy or complaints
