I am a fairly experienced programmer, but I've run into a snag with MMail version 12.7.7. I am getting corrupt mailboxes that give out an error message such as: "you have two new message, message 1, cannot be played at this time etc". I also have mailboxes that are not being read, but I cannot modify or delete them becuase the system says they do not exist, and I cannot add them because the system says the mailbox already exists. The SEERS reports show some messages that I do not recognize such as User Cabinet Open and and VM openning cabinet. Any other phone experts out there that can offer some assistance? Very much appreciated. Thanks!!

By any chance do you have PMS are you in hotel environment?
I did see this problem two times first time PMS was a problem

PMS stands for property management System usually in hotel environment sends info to front desk back and forth .
My guess is it may be faulty MMP40 card that's what I did experience.
