meridian Mail Prompt maintenance password

Hi,
Like to change meridian mail main welcome greeting stuck at password. How to recover it.

I enter
855 Hear "prompt maintenance Voice service ID"
851# That is our main greeting (MM asked for Password)
I tried our password but no success.

You can go into mail and reset that password.

you need to go the mermail screen and enter a new password there.. you can not see the old pwd but you can change it.. pull up the application itself. 2 pwd lines on the 1st page, the second one needs to be reset.. the 1st one is seldom used... it would prompt callers for a pwd when they dial in and hit the menu...

You need to go to the voice service ID # 851. After you log in take option 3, then 4. It is probably a voice menu, which is option 6.
