WE HAVE A MERIDIAN MAIL RLS 13 ON A OPTION 11C RLS 25.XX PBX. WHEN WE PROGRAM THE CLS OF SERVICE WITH A 30 DAY OR 60 DAY VOICE MAIL EXPIRATION IT DELETES ALL MAIL AFTER 7 DAYS. IS THIS A PROGRAMMING PROBLEM OR A BAD SOFTWARE PROBLEM.
