I am in Las Vegas and I have a site in Oklahoma City. I finally got ProComm working so I can see their Meridian Mail remotely. I see ports 6, 8, and 10 stuck in a 'loading' configuration while all of the other ports are 'idle'. Can anyone tell me what seems to be the problem and how I go about correcting it? I already tried de-activating and re-activating the ports with no luck. Thanks.

make sure everything matches in your channel allocation table as far as tn dn agt id etc.also is this a card option as they have different tn arrangenent

They are an Opt 11C on Release 23. It is Meridian Mail Version 12.11.3

I am wondering if the TN's are the issue. The TN's are as follows:

1 - 10 0
2 - 10 1
3 - 10 2
4 - 10 3
5 - 10 4
6 - 10 10
7 - 10 5
8 - 10 11
9 - 10 6
10 - 10 12

I am wondering if 10 10 should be 10 7, 10 11 should be 10 8, and 10 12 should be 10 9 keeping them all in series?

Do a STAT on 10, what does it give you?

Print the TNB for 10

Call the DN's for each one to see which one's you can get to voice mail on.

Also look at the crossconnects to see if they are punched down on 7,8and 9 or are they punche down on 10,11 and 12.

It was a programming discrepancy. In the PBX, one TN is programmed, but a different TN is referenced in Meridian Mail. Thanks.
