Meridian Mail plays 2 msgs at once

Good morning all! I have a remote customer who says when she logs into her mailbox, the Meridian Mail starts playing two messages at once. She can hear both voices at the same time. This is an intermittent issue which started yesterday. Other than the usual "sunspot activity", what could this be? Unfortunately I don't have access to the tools menu, only admin. I did try the admin password for tools, and got rejected.

Any suggestions?

check to make sure that user is calling from just one dialtone... old analog two line sets had a conf button that if left down picked up both lines, that would cause the problem for a single user... i would start of the set side on that problem... if i can't duplicate the problem .. hard one to fix

Thanks for your response. This is a 2008 set, but the AO6 button is programmed right above the line appearance. I will have a site tech try and duplicate...
