Meridian Mail, Odd Problem

This one is odd and i've only seen it happen to two people. Wondering if any of you have witness this and have a fix for it.

Sometimes (It sporadic) users are listening to Mermail and it will skip a few seconds of the message, even though the user hasn't pressed any options.

Any ideas?

are they listening on a sprk phone or was the msg left from a spkr phone?

Nope using a handset or Headset.

never heard of that problem, might want to follow up on that. once or twice is not bad but if you have a bad voice channel, might want to replace the vp card
