I know I have run across this before, but I can't seem to remember the resolution. One of our users (with my help), locked out his voicemail box by entering the incorrect password one to many times. I went into the switch, went into voicemail, accessed his mailbox, and changed the password from there. Even though I performed these steps, when I dial into the voicemail system and enter his mailbox number and the password that I reset his mailbox to, I still get the "Login Incorrect, please see your administrator for assistance" message.
