I am working remotely with an Option 11. When I switch over to the Meridian Mail, and hit the softkey for Logon, I get prompted for the logon ID. I only have a password, and the customer insists they have only ever needed the password to get through. As the logon ID, I have tried "admin", "voicemail", and the password...to no avail. Is there a way around this?
