Meridian Mail Logon

I am working remotely with an Option 11. When I switch over to the Meridian Mail, and hit the softkey for Logon, I get prompted for the logon ID. I only have a password, and the customer insists they have only ever needed the password to get through. As the logon ID, I have tried "admin", "voicemail", and the password...to no avail. Is there a way around this?

Hmm, very strange. I monitor 3 systems, 2 of which only require the password. The third does require a log on ID and it is 'system' all lower case. The password has numbers and letters and all of the letters are capitalized.
Example:
Log On ID system
Password BANANA96
 
TO THE AVERAGE JOE THERE ARE ONLY 2 CHOICES system and tools
