Meridian Mail Issues

My Option 11 has Meridian Mail, and I can access it from TTY 0. Only issue is; I cannot dial meridian mail, I have ACD agents setup, the access DN is correct and all, but MerMail shows DSP Port 7/8 to be faulty. How should I go about this?
 
Maybe try disabling those DSPs and removing their corresponding agent DNs from the queue. That may at least get you access if you are hitting those two ports as the first two in the queue.

Have you tried calling each agent/port DN directly to see if MM answers the other ports?
 
I am unable to disable the DSP in question, It says the parent card is not in service, and when I try and enable the card, it tells me to run out of service diag, and when I do that, it says "some dsps faulty on vp card"
