Meridian Mail Info. Mailbox

I need to create an Information mailbox on Meridian Mail. Basically I just don't want the ability for a user to leave a message, and just loop the greeting a few times then hang up. I tried to change the "disable message reception" option, but that didn't work. Any help is appreciated.

Nice! Now, is there a way to get the announcement to change based on the hours of the day? ie. play a different message outside of business hours?
