Meridian Mail Function Keys

I need to reconfigure Meridian Mail on an Option 11c. I can get into the Meridian Mail, but need to know how to configure the F1 to F5 option keys. The F5 key is the only key that I can get the key code for:
^[[21~
I need help to figure out what F1, F2, F3 and F4 are?
Any help will be appreciated!
