Meridian Mail Function 5 Key Scan Code 1

I, like many people, use a terminal emulator to access my Meridian Mail system. The problem is that the F5 key is not setup correctly to use the last soft option presented in the Meridian Mail menus. Anyone out there know the string of bytes that is sent out by the actual dummy terminal for the F5 key? I so, it would be greatly appreciated.

I use Procomm and set up my F5 key with this string:
^[[21~

If it's not already done, a handy addition is the page up and page down keys can be enabled by ^[[5~ and ^[[6~.
