Option 11c with Meridian Mail. Deleted a mailbox that was previously assigned to an old employee. Decided to delete the entire box and re-create for a new user. Was successful in deleting mailbox, however system would not allow me to add back. Would get a message indicating that a mailbox already existed for that number. I do a search and that mailbox is not in the system.
Any thoughts or ideas as to why I can not add the mailbox back into the system.
