Meridian Mail COS

I have created a new COS in Meridian Mail. I have set the Read Message Retention to 0 which indicates messages are not deleted unless user deletes manually. I have even INI'd the system. Messages are still being automatically deleted from my voicemail. Did I miss a step? Thanks.

Yes I did. Otherwise it wouldn't show up as an option for my mailbox.
