Meridian Mail Compatiblity

Hi,

I would like to know if the Option 61C system with release 20.22S when upgraded to 25.40B will the existing Meridian Mail with release 8 continue to work ? When the system is upgraded to release 25.40 it will be continuing to have the same Site ID.

The customer doesn't have budget to upgrade the mail at the moment.Has anybody done something similar to this? Is it mandatory to upgrade the mail as well ?

Meridian Mail must be at least release 11 to be compatible with switch release 25.40
