Meridian Mail - checkin date pass

Hi,

I have a Meridian Mail with hospitality feature and the customer complains that the check-in date password is not working, even the voice mailbox is configured with COS for hospitality and every time I have to reset the password.

Could somebody tell me what could be the reason for this?

The guest mailbox's should have auto login enabled. Have you checked out the following below in Meridian Mail?
You should see the messages that "Link_is_OK"

Hospitality Administration
Hospitality System Status



Link From Meridian Mail to PMS: Link_is_OK

Link From Meridian Mail to SL-1: Link_is_OK

Switch Between SL-1 and PMS: Meridian_Mail_on_Line

Room Resynch. Mode: Disabled

Do you know if a reboot of the MM should clear this?
 
In my experience, we always reboot the mail system via the internal method from accessing it via "AX" if it's an Option 11c type system.

If the links are still down, then get the Hotel management system to reboot their kit.
