In Callpilot 2 a user search (for *) will count the users for you. For release etc Look under System drop down menu for sever settings then select View Server settings for Resources.
If you are looking for Mer Mail also, go to the backup section and start a back up. When you select to to a backup look on the right side of the Volume names.It will give you the total number of mailboxes that is on the system to be backed up.
