Meridian Mail Box

Hi,

I have a user who cannot log on to his mailbox message 'log on incorrect'. I have reset the password - still could not log on. So I deleted the mailbox and rebuilt it - the system gave me the default password as usual. Still can't log in.. giving the same message.

N.B Ext is built as a Virtual - does this make a difference?
