Meridian mail backup

from the mail main menu, general options, then i think option 4, tab down to each line and highlight it with the space bar, the hit the backup key, that will give you the option to do an imm or scheduled backup. i also strongly recogmend a partial, every option is the same but don't highlight the 1st line (system).. for a restore a full does a harddrive format, then reloads the data. if for any reason you backed up a incomplete os, mail is down forever. i perfer to do a new install then restore the partial. still a couple of hours but faster then a re-type
