Meridian Mail 11 on Option 81c No Terminal access

I have meridian mail 11 on shelf in an 81c.
The MM terminal access just stopped working for no apparent reason, it is through a PC connection using phone master 4 and a Nport device.
The cable connection from the rear of the cabinet is coming from SLT-6 P-B I did hook up a laptop at the AB Switch to check, Nothing.
I am wondering if I should manually power cycle MM and see if that would bring the terminal connection back up but am not sure of the procedure, especially with no terminal access. BTW all other Mail functions seem to be working correctly. Thanks

Isn't it just a VT terminal? If so, any PC with Putty should suffice.
