Meridian M7310 show Not In Service instead of On Another Call

When a call is placed to an extension and the line is not in use the caller is connected, but if the line is in use the display shows "Not In Service".

On all other phones, the display shows "On Another Call" when the line is in use.

Wrong forum, but it looks like your lines are in a pool and it is searching up to the next line which is not there.
