Meridian M3310 Digital Phones

Hi

We have bought a batch of 2nd hand M3310 phones and configured them for use on our Opt 81.

The phones are defined as type 2616 but we cannot get any of the vertical keys to respond. The phones are working but as an analogue i.e. make and recieve calls by lifting handset.

Can anyone confirm the correct 'type' for M3310 phones or offer any other advice?

NB I have checked the meridian manuals and also the nortel web-pages but no joy.

can you update firmware on the 3300 series? if you cls ira, then lpk x, that may give you dialtone without pressing a key.. (it does on the 16)

i might build one as a 2008, then when you press undefined keys, you will see err080 plus the tn and the key number.. then define that key number with a feature on the 16.. may get those keys working that way..

we don;t have access the 33's on this side of the pond
