sure,

across the top of the print is "SO S1 S2 S3 LOC DIS RGTP"
these are the segments of your IPE shelves, and you can segment each shelf 4 times. the loc is just a designator, ie: COM2, could mean column 0, module 2. Dis means simply disabled, yours all have no under them so they aren't disabled, and the RGTP is ring type, 8 is common but 16 is also used.
Down the left side are the controller numbers, you have 1 - 47.
I would read yours for instance:

controller 2 has superloop 4 on the first 8 slots on the left side of the shelf (2 segments), whereas controller 9 has all 4 segemts or the whole shelf as superloop 48!

does this help?

Hellow Phonz thank you for your reply. I get some idea.
What is a super loop. Is it means a card?. As you said controller 2
has super loop 4 while controller 9 has superloop 48.
How many superloops option 11 could have and how these are assigned to the system.

option 11's are different from other meridians. each card slot in an 11 emulates a superloop. a superloop is 4 loops and needs a network (superloop) card vs a standard loop that uses a e-net card. superloops are divisible by 4 so ie: 4,8,12,16,20 and so on! i would need to know if you have an option 11 or other!
