Hello- Does anyone know if there is a way to look at messages being sent across the meridian link? I would imagine there is a way to see info through CCMS/SCCS. I know that the messages are not easy to read, but wanted a starting point. We have a lab in our environment and wanted to look around. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
PMoggs

You can use the Meridian Link Trace Tool. Rather than go into it here there's all you should need to know in the reference guide under the Help menu in the Client. If you open the one called "Administrator's Guide" it's under the chapter "Maintaining and Troubleshooting Meridian Link".

Thanks for the reply charliesp. Could you please expand on the ref guide under the help menu in client? Where is this located- not sure what this is referring to. Thanks alot.

Good info Charlie!

Pickle, if you simply login to your SCCS Client, you can select the help tab that is there, under that you will see the reference guide, then selct the administrators guide, and there is a chapter for Meridian Link just as Charlie said. I didnt know that was there either but 2 minutes I found it. I don't think it can be explained any clearer.

Sometimes the reference documentation is not loaded when the system is installed (you can click on help and the document but all you can see is the first page of the document). In this case you will have to go back to your Distributor to get the document.
