Hello, we are trying to get MLS to capture outbound dialled number (i.e. when we internally make a call to the outside) but it does not show up in the CT stream. Is there any specific config that needs to be done on the switch so that this type of data becomes availalbe to MLS?

Many thanks

to get cdr your term has to have user cty, cdr yes on the rdb with the term number.. not sure if you can multi task a cdr term.. we send ours to a buffer and poll the buffer to dump the data to the network

Thank you. I appreciate your reply. I probably wasn`t clear in my explanantion though - we aren`t using cdr - we use the MLS from Contact Center 6 which goes over IP not out the CDR port.

on CCMS verified MLSM and VSM services are running? SECU yes on ELAN? IAPG 1? AST configured? For MLS messages AST is required.

Thanks - yes MLSM and vsm services are running - secu is yes. IAPG and AST are set on the phones - we see most cti data just nothing to do with outbound dialled number

That's about all there is config wise that I am aware of relative to clid or anything else. MLS mentions something about CDN config, but mostly to do with access channels and info between Call Pilot and Sym. If I see anything else I'll post it up
