We have an issue that I need to find out which Voicemail mailbox is using how much space.

Our system filled up yesterday and the VP/Presidents have now asked to find out which boxes use how much space on our system.

We had upgraded to the latest available software last year (about June) in order to accomodate the Cinphony ACD that was installed.

I am new to this as I have now taken over this aspect of our system and do not know my way around our system yet. Any logins and passwords should be defaults (I don't even know those as there are no manuals onsite, if you can give me the access codes and help explain the way around would be fantastic).

If I can display the total usage and avalable as well as find out how much each mailbox is using would be ideal. I can then present this to management and generate a plan to deal with our space issues.

depending on the rls of mail, the default must be changed to complete the install. if you find a password options 2 then 2 will show you your hard drives and the percentage of usage. a few changes in the average class of service will save you 1000's of $. working on one after it is full is not a job for the average user.. might think about calling in a service company
