We are using one of these and it is very good. Great range and good sound quality.
Programmed like a 2616. Can use all the same features as a 2616 except be used for ACD. You can add the ACD option but not login.

If you need another glowing review, count this as one. My users love them. Have a couple deployed and have purchase requests in for a couple more. Good sound, great coverage area and easy to program and manage.
