meridian cdr

I upgrade a meridian option 11 to succession 3 after the upgrade the cdr output stop displaying the letter "dn" against the extention.

This is the output before the upgrade

ld 21 to prt cdr_data, ld 15 to change it, if none of these prompts make a difference, then there may not be a way to add that back, i think there was a prompt for old or new format, but that might have been a acd report prompt
