Meridian CDR documentation 1

I am looking for documentation on the Meridian CDR output.
Specifically, information on the different types of records.
Have searched the Nortel website without much joy.

can't help much with links to docs, their are two formats, but mostly your going to see a call record when it's palced and another line when the caller hangs up, you can turn internal recorde on or off, you can control the trunk groups that generate records, some users want just the ld trunk records, others capture all calls. not sure what type of info you need exactly but you will see account codes, call duration, calling number and called number.. you can also turn off records for any ext.;.

Thanks for the information. There is a scenario for which I would like to determine the CDR outputs :

1. Extension A picks up handset and makes outbound call.
2. During the course of the outbound call, an inbound call is routed to Extension A.
3. The inbound call is answered by Extension B through "Group Pickup".
4. The inbound call terminates.
5. The outbound call terminates.

Will there be two separate CDR outputs for Extension A ? Any idea what the record types would be ?

The dialed call will be recorded to ext. A. The inbound call was answered by ext. B, so that is where the second call should be recorded in your CDR. What CDR program are you using?
