Hi every one,

My set up is as below

(Site 1)
AVAYA <---DTI2 ---> Option 11c <--PRI2---> Option 11c
|__________________| (Site2)
newly added

As shown the AVAYA link is newly added.
1. I have already CDP implemented between TWO meridians.
2. AVAYA to Site one ACOD's works fine both ways on DTI2
3.Meridian to meridian ACOD's also works fine.

But now when i dial the DTI2 ACOD from AVAYA i get the dialtone , and then when i dial PRI2 ACOD i cannot get the dialtone or reach an extension there in the Site 2 meridian.

ACOD1(DTI2) + ACOD2(pri2)+ Extension is not going through.
I have checked the TGAR and TARG values and i dont have restrictions on the DTI2 trunks.

But from AVAYA when i dial
ACOD1(dti2)+ CDP number to reach the SIte 2 extension then its working fine.

The reverse scenario from SITE2 ---> AVAYA with ACCess codes is working fine also. ie:
ACOD3(PRI2) + ACOD4(DTI2) + AVAYA extension number

What could be the problem. PLease help me

Regards
manoj

hi friends,
I got the answer for my major issue. Now the ACOD is working. But i cannot here the dial tone of the SIte 2 meridian. When i dial the ACOD of dti2 from AVAYA i can here the dialtone. Then when i add the ACOD of the route towards SIte2 i cannot here anything but if i add the number again then its reaching the deatination.

Why cant i here the dial tone of Site2 median. How can i make it happen.please help
thanks
manoj

Check to make sure you have DLTN set to YES in the RDB of these routes. I have seen sometimes that for some odd reason it will not work. As in although DLTN is set to yes but you still dont get Dial tone when you dial the ACOD.
