Meridian Auto Disable Vacant TN 2

Can you tell me how to set the PBX (Option 11 & 81) so every evening when it goes through its upload, it will disable any digital TN that it does not see a set on it?
I swear it was LD 32, but then again I saw Elvis at Burger King.

Add 30 to the DROL in ld 17
