We have a Meridian 2250 consoles at two of our offices, and if the operators make an attendant to attendant call, using the CDP ( ac2), and another call comes in, they are unable to place the first call on hold and answer the new call. They can only answer the new call by releasing the attendant to attendant call. I know that an attendant to extension call cannot be put on hold or transferred at the extension, but is this the same for attendant to attendant calls?
