When you set up an acd group on a meridian system is there a code that is used to activate the agents or is that a flexible feature code that has to be programmed. in any case what the codes are or how to activate an agent

Lift handset and press ACD button twice (or press once then dial number within range of IDs found in LD23 TYPE SCB) then press ACD button again.
