Meridian 7310 automatically calls another internal phone when I pick up handset 3

I have a meridian 7310. When I pick up the handset it will call another phone/extension. Same thing happens if I press any line? Any suggestions?

Is the phone a analog? If so it sounds like a ring down. Class of service hot.

yep certainly sounds like a hotline not limited to a type. Print the TN an post if you are still stuck.

Probably should post this in the Norstar forum. It says Meridian but it's a Norstar system phone.
But my guess is that it has a stuck key that is a hotline or autodial.
