Here is the puzzle:

Executive DN on telephone [2616] needs to be distributed to 6 secretary telephones [2616] as a line appearance between 8am-4pm M-F after 4 rings [not to VM]. All other times it goes to VM after 4 rings.

What are my options?

Thank you - Thomas

You could set up announcements in mail giving the different revert DN's, then use a time of day controller.

I have modified LD 15 for CRTOD functionality, created CRT3 with times 08 00 17 00 [for 8am-5pm]. I have created DAY3 as 2 3 4 5 6 [for M-F].

On LD 11 I have added CLS FNA, FBA, RBDA, and RTDA; defined AFD, AHNT to the desired DN.

I have removed the original FDN and HUNT parameters, yet my test extension still rolls to voicemail. AFD and AHNT do not roll directly to the VM extension so I'm not sure what is happening.

So at this point I am more curious as to why the calls roll to VM after 4 rings even though I have cleared all HUNT and FDN values.

Print the DNB for thr Exec phone to see if it appears on any other phones.

I finally got CRTOD working correctly. It was a matter of the line appearances being set to MARP NO for the executive's line appearance on the secretary telephones.

Thanks for the guidance.
